Initiate Your Request
Log into your Standart account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
